At OSLAR, each release is crafted with intention and produced in limited quantities across our Homeware, Clothing, and Vintage lines. Because of the small-batch nature of our work, all purchases are considered final sale, and we are not able to offer returns or exchanges at this time. This approach allows us to maintain the quality, exclusivity, and attention to detail that define every piece we create.

That said, we stand behind the craftsmanship and condition of every item that leaves our studio. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or noticeably compromised in any way—such as tears, rips, or other unexpected issues—we will gladly review the situation and make it right. Please contact us promptly with photos and order details so we can assess the issue and provide a replacement or appropriate solution. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
